1. Digital Products

All our products are delivered digitally via instant download (Google Drive or similar platforms). Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or replacement only if:

• The files were corrupted or incomplete at delivery
• You received the wrong product
• You were charged twice due to a technical error
